Hi, my name is Brian Mark Budin and I own “438”. I have owned it for the past 23 years and it has been in my family for well over 40 years. I’m proud to say that this is an immaculately maintained property and I am the person that maintains it! I am a “hands-on” owner and take care of my tenants to a fault. I have a crew that comes by twice a week and cleans the property including ALL the common areas, the stairwells, carport and laundry room.

I also have a gardener that comes by twice a week to maintain the lovely garden, which I landscaped. My philosophy is simple; living at my property should feel like you are living in you’re home. All my tenants are screened carefully and respect the quiet and solitude of their neighbors. My property is non-smoking and pet-free.
